I did it. After much debate and hesitation, I finally got the balls to spend $50 on clothes.
But of course it was only because Aeropostale was having a 50-75% off everything sale. So I bought a navy blue and white striped long sleeve, a button up, and some jeans, I just had to. They were 60% off each.
At least my wardrobe is getting better. And I didn't spend all that much if I really think about it. I would have spent a total of about $150 for just those three items. I wonder what I can get during black friday sales.
I think I'm writing this just to reassure myself that $50 is a good price because I'm a cheapo.

that's a really good deal. that $50 can't even get you a pair of jeans at gap (regular price)!!!
*high fives* Got some new clothes and didn't spend a fortune on them. That sounds like a win/win to me.
