I'm sitting in the car waiting for mom and brother to get out of th verizon store. They are upgrading my dads phone and they want to talk to a guy named Ulysses. It's funny to see a guy with that name. Especially since hea Mexican and looks like a Dave. Or at least a Roberto. Nah, that's racial stereotyping.
These past few days have been nice with me and the family. It's very rare that we get together and actually get along, and actually pay for my food, so I'm ecstatic really.
Work has been okay. Work is always kind of blah in a sense. Sometimes I feel like im sort of living a double life or something in terms of work. I know for a fact that I'm a completely different person at work.
It's raining like crazy right now and I really do not like it. Evan and I were walking in the rain once and it was funny how we were both stressing about our shoe laces because they kept getting untied. So we kept looking down at our feet and we ran into a shopping cart.
I need a new book to read. It's hard for me to find books I am actually interested in because i need to be able to relate to them. This is why I love reading blogs. I can relate to these anecdotes. Usually not so much but I relate to them more than novels.
I need to go to my local boarders and *rent* a book out.
I need to draw some more too. I haven't been drawing lately and I'm losing it.
Oh gosh I'm so bored and my windows are fogging up. Titanic scene!!

i hvent read a good novel in ages too (>.<) i prefer reading serial novels.
but the hols are a perfect time to browse borders or A&G for me to find smthng i like and wont ditch after the first few chapters (>.<) lol
What were you doing in the car to fog up the windows? Are you alone in there?
i suggest Kathy Griffin's "Official Book Club Selection", it's a memoir of a gay icon or maybe she's a fan of the gays. i loved it.

I read these little novels here and there. I steal books from friends and read them in a day. I go through books like crazy. I read the whole harry potter series already out of boredom. Those books have really big font and pretty simple grammar so I sped through that crap. I must say, the books are a better when you envision how the characters look in your head. I personally make my Harry Potter characters look edgy in my mind.
To be honest, I'm not a much of a fan of Kathy Griffin, that or maybe I just never took the time to watch anything of hers or read for that matter. I think it's the latter, because I really don't know who she is apart from what she looks like based on google images. But she seems to be a big gay Icon.
And I was alone in the car. Thinking of Evan.
