Lately a couple of friends friends have been telling me that I remind them of coffee shops.
It was just two people who said that, but I asked around and they called me "the type to drink coffee".
So I am basically being called a new-age coffee house hipster.
I wonder how I got that image from people. I don't even drink coffee religiously. I don't even go to coffee shops.
My friend Tiffany told me that every time she goes to her friend's acoustic shows at various coffee shops it reminds her of me.
I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or what because I really get annoyed with coffee shop hipsters.
Same goes for another like-minded aquaintance, they associated her and coffee shops just because she is a discerning type.And I know for a fact that she hates coffee and going to coffee shops like me.
Discerning types have this coffee shop image or something? I don't understand. Just because introspective intellectuals like to talk doesn't mean we drink coffee. Its the weirdest catagorization I've ever herad of.
