Work today was so crazy. Any one who has ever worked by my side and witnessed me in action knows what kind of customers I attract. The weirdos. Today especially. I had the weirdest situations and I think I even got sexually harassed and I didn't even notice it until I got off the table.
On top of that I had the cough and I was sneezing a lot.
Okay, so on to the creepy things.
In the first place, My voice isn't very deep. And now that I have a cough, my voice tends to do the puberty thing whenever I talk too loud. A customer was teasing me how I sounded like I was going through puberty and the man said " I like 'em young".
EWWW.
And then some lady asked me for my number.
Some man was stalking me all day. And then he asked me what time I get off work so he can take me for drinks. I told him I live an hour away from the casino, which drove him away.
And then someone made a scene and blurted out that I look like some guy from American Idol ( Charlene told me that it was Adam Lambert,Ugh, and ew my hair looks so much better!) and I had people calling me American Idol boy for like half of the day.
And then when I pointed at a man's stack of chips he said " It would be nice if you held my stack" which I didn't even know until the supervisor said anything. Perve, I don't know why my supervisor didnt' say anything when he heard it. I was a little mad.
And okay, this was kinda my fault. I kinda led some white man in his late 20's on when we were having a conversation and I said " Yeah, and I would love if you brought me out for lobster! I love lobster!". I don't think I really said anything flirtatious or anything but he really bought into it and was like " yeah, I'll take you, when do you get off? I'm serious." Creepo actually waited for me and I turned him down by telling him that I had an emergency.
What a day I had. I am glad it is over.
And geezzeeee! I know I am not attractive but sheesh why in the world do I get compared to people that don't look anything like me and are kind of ugly (not to be mean) but it makes me feel all insecure when they say that stuff!!
ugh. such a long day. So glad it is OVER!!

LOL, I know how you feel. Maybe it's a "gift" in disguise to attract the weirdies? Also people are hitting on you, that's a compliment, hehehe.
